  • How old you do you need to be to attend?
Guests must be aged 18 or over to book and/or attend our ULTIMATE PARTY events. PLEASE NOTE: A form of valid photo ID may be requested to be shown on arrival for entry.
  • Can I bring my own glowsticks and party accessories into the venue?
No. Due to health & safety concerns, our venues do not permit guests to bring any party supplies inside (with the exceptions of table decorations and fancy dress). We have an extensive range of PARTY PRODUCTS available to purchase at all of our events to SUPERCHARGE your party experience!
  • Someone has brought tickets on behalf of our entire group, do we need to enter the venue together?
For simplicity, we recommend everyone entering together as each individual ticket will be scanned upon entry. Alternatively, the lead booker may wish to send individual tickets onto each guest, however every guest will need a ticket to be scanned at the door to be permitted entry.
  • Do you accept cash and card for purchasing products on the night?
Yes. We accept both cash and card when purchasing our own range of PARTY PRODUCTS. Our store is open throughout the event, however we will often sell out quickly of popular items, sometimes even before the first round begins, so we recommend purchasing any party accessories you fancy on entry to the venue. PLEASE NOTE: Although we accept cash payments, bars at certain venues may be cashless, so please confirm this with the venue directly.
  • What prizes can you win?
TOP SECRET - they're always very random, but you'll have to come find out on the night so we don't ruin the surprise! Of course, it's guaranteed we'll always have lots of £££ up for grabs in our FULL HOUSE JACKPOTS!
  • Can you store prizes that we win on our behalf?
This is at the discretion of the Venue Duty Manager, and cannot always be guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for any damages caused to the prize whilst in storage.
  • Can I purchase tickets as a gift for someone else?
Yes. However, we instead recommend to purchase a GIFT VOUCHER that can be easily redeemed against any of our future events.
  • Can I bring food and alcohol into the venue?
No. The bar will be open serving drinks and snacks. PLEASE NOTE: Venue door staff will conduct searches of guests and/or their possessions on entry.
  • Can we decorate our table?
Yes. However, we reserve the right to confiscate anything brought into the venue that may cause injury/distress to other guests, or obstruct the view of other tables.
  • What time do doors open and when does the bingo start?
Please check either your confirmation email or the specific event page for details of when doors will open for access into the venue, and for the start time of the show.
  • The show I want to attend is displaying as SOLD OUT, how can I get tickets?
Unfortunately, when a show is displayed as sold out, we really mean it is properly sold out! We will not have any more tickets available on the night either. Tixel is our official ticket exchange, and is the best and safest place to purchase tickets from guests who can no longer attend. Please be aware of scammers advertising tickets online when our events have sold out, as these are fake invalid tickets and you may be left out of pocket. If the venue does increase capacity and we can release more tickets ourselves, we will immediately let you know on our socials.
  • Do I need to pre-book online, or can I just turn up and pay on the door?
All events must be pre-booked online. Guests without tickets will be refused entry (and we'd hate to turn you away!)
  • Do your venues have step-free access?
Please contact venues directly in regard to any accessibility requirements you may have before purchasing tickets. Once you have confirmed with the venue, and booked your tickets, please contact us at least 7 days before the event if you have any access or physical requirements, so we can ensure these requests are honoured by both ourselves and the venue.
  • Will the bar be open?
Yes. All our venues have a bar serving a range of alcoholic & soft drinks, along with snacks. The bar opens when the venue doors open, and last orders will be announced towards the end of the show.
  • Will food be available to purchase?
At certain events, we may offer a range of confectionery items to treat yourself with! Our home venue, The Ritz Desborough, may offer the option to purchase a selection of food baskets throughout the night, however we recommend contacting them directly to confirm their offering for the event, and answer any queries regarding dietary requirements. Most bars also have a small range of snacks available.
  • Are seats reserved?
Our current seating policy is: Our CHRISTMAS events include a seat/table reservation for all tickets that is made when booking. For ALL OTHER EVENTS seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis. To ensure you have the best seats in the house, we recommend arriving as early as possible and getting some pre-game drinks in before the first round! PLEASE NOTE: If you have booked a VIP TABLE PACKAGE or ULTIMATE VIP TABLE PACKAGE, a table will be reserved exclusively for your party.
  • What happens if my bingo card gets wet or damaged during the night?
At the discretion of our team members, we may issue another bingo card to you for a fee to cover the cost of the card. However, there may be occasions when we're unable to fulfil this.
  • Can I purchase additional bingo books?
No. Unfortunately, as our bingo is equal chance prize gaming, we restrict all players to only paying a pre-set gambling stake and in turn only ONE bingo book is issued per person.
  • I can no longer make the event, can I request a refund?
All our events are non-refundable, as per our event Ts and Cs. If you can no longer attend, we recommend either: Selling your tickets on to family and friends OR Visiting our official ticket exchange Tixel If you do sell your tickets on without using Tixel, please contact us ideally at least 24 hours prior to the event to update the name on the booking.
