EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

⚠️ Flashing lights, loud music and pyrotechnics may be used inside the venue. Adult humour is present throughout the show.

All tickets include a bingo stake and entertainment. If you wish to play bingo without entertainment, please contact the event team.

BY PURCHASING TICKETS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Tickets are non-refundable. We are only able to offer refunds in the case of a cancelled show.

  2. There is a grace period within 72 hours after booking where you are able to transfer your tickets to a different event, subject to any outstanding balance being paid if the new tickets are of a higher value, and an additional £2 admin fee per ticket. After 72 hours, no transfers are permitted to take place. Please note that if the tickets you are transferring to cost less than what you originally paid, the balance will not be refunded.

  3. All tickets include our recommended package of both a bingo stake and entertainment. All the bingo stakes from a particular event are pooled together and cover the cost of your bingo card, and the rest is then returned in prizes. Prizes that are NOT won through the bingo game are not included in the bingo stakes fund.

  4. It is your responsibility to arrive at the event on time as stated on the ticket. Although we will make efforts to accommodate latecomers, entry is not guaranteed and you will not be refunded.

  5. We will not hold any seat/table reservations for guests who fail to arrive at the venue before the last admission time as stated on the ticket.

  6. You must be aged 18 or over to book/attend our ULTIMATE PARTY events.

  7. You may need to provide proof of your age and identity upon arrival at the event. You must be able to show either a valid UK driving licence, or passport if asked. Failure to do so will result in you being refused entry and you will not be refunded.

  8. The venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove you from the premises if you:

    • Compromise the safety of yourself or others.

    • Are affecting the enjoyment of others.

    • Are affecting the running of the event. For example, if you are acting aggressively or appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

  9. No refund will be offered to any guests who are not permitted entry or are removed by venue staff.

  10. Whilst we have no specific dress code for our events, you may be refused access if you arrive wearing leisure wear, such as tracksuit bottoms and football tops.

  11. You are not permitted to sell tickets purchased on for personal profit. Any attempt to do so will result in the affected tickets becoming void and no compensation offered.

  12. You agree by attending our events you are doing so on a non-commercial basis and will not replicate or copy our format or slogans. You also agree not to use or copy any of our artwork, photos, videos, text, graphics, designs, structures and all other intellectual property relating to our digital assets. Any photos or film footage is not to be used for commercial purposes.

  13. If you win a prize at any point during the game, you will be given a prize voucher to claim your physical prize from one of our team at the end of the night. Any cash prizes won will be transferred electronically into a UK bank account only at the event.

  14. We are unable to store or transport prizes on your behalf, unless you agree this separately with the Venue Duty Manager.

  15. We are not legally liable for prizes once they have exchanged hands from the event organisers to the customer.

  16. Guests/groups may be selected at random to participate in an on-stage activity throughout the show. If there are guests in your party who do not want to be selected, please make a member of our team aware prior to the start of the show, so we can remove them from our random audience member selector.

  17. If you participate in an on-stage activity at any point, this is done entirely at your own risk.

  18. If you are asked to compete in a tie break scenario competition, and do not want to participate yourself, you must hand your bingo card over to another player who, if they win, will be required to claim the prize on your behalf.

  19. In a tie break scenario, the event host will make an unbiased decision on the winner, based on the audience response, which is final and binding.

  20. You must not stand/dance on the tables and chairs inside our venues. If you choose to do so, you accept full legal accountability for any injury caused to yourself and/or others.

  21. Please do not bring your drinks onto the dancefloor, or hang your drinks over the balcony edge.

  22. Our event seating policy is as follows -

    • FOR OUR CHRISTMAS EVENTS:

      • A FREE seat/table reservation for all tickets is made at the point of booking, and cannot be amended once booked. The table layout is not guaranteed and may be altered by the venue prior to the show.  We reserve the right to change pre-booked seat/table reservations in exceptional circumstances.

    • FOR ALL OTHER EVENTS (including BINGO - THE ULTIMATE PARTY/BINGO - THE ULTIMATE ABBA PARTY/BINGO - THE ULTIMATE 00s PARTY):

      • Unless you purchase a ticket package which includes a reserved table, we currently operate an UNRESERVED seating policy for all other tickets, except where otherwise agreed with the event organisers.

  23. For events with unreserved seating, guests should arrive as early as possible when doors open to ensure they are seated together in their desired area and avoid disappointment.

  24. In the event that guests find there are NOT ENOUGH empty seats on a table/in an area to accommodate their entire party when they arrive at the venue, guests are welcome to seat their group in a private booth on the Mezzanine instead, should they wish to all sit together.

  25. Certain seats may have a restricted view of the stage.

  26. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering our events you agree to be recorded by us or agreed third parties to be used for our own promotional/marketing materials (including, but not limited to, on our Facebook & Instagram pages, website, emails and printed materials) or by approved third parties.

  27. Some venues may have CCTV in operation for the purpose of safety and security.

  28. Event management may choose to update these terms and conditions at any point without notice. It is the responsibility of all attendees to check they have read and fully understood the latest version of our terms and conditions before entering the premises of the event venue.
